FOPR Quiz Night

Friday February 24th

The Friends of Port Regis aim to bring the school community together through various fun events, which raise funds for charities of special interest and specific projects within the school. It is made up of a group of parents who represent each year group of the school.

We are always open to, and interested in, new ideas or suggestions for events and funded projects. Anyone is welcome to help with events, so please let us know if you would like to get involved. The committee rotates annually and new members are very welcome. Please feel free to contact any of the committee or email

Friends’ events run throughout the year – for children and parents. Current events include the New Parents' Lunch at the start of the Autumn Term and the Fireworks Night in November, a wonderful annual family event. The Quiz Night in the Lent term is also very popular, and occasionally quite competitive! In the Summer term, we organise a special Movie Night for the children. In addition to fundraising events, coffee mornings are arranged each term and are a great opportunity for parents to get together and meet new friends.
