Please contact the Sports Club for a copy where you will find a detailed list of activities. If your child has attended a Holiday Club at Port Regis in the past two years then you are automatically placed onto our mailing list.
Staff will be available to supervise from 08:30
Children should bring suitable footwear for various running activities and a swimming kit. A packed lunch, snacks for break times and plenty to drink is also required (although fruit squash and water are available for those children that run out). Hot meals are provided on particular days - please refer to the programme.
There are three hot meal choices which include a vegetarian option. A salad bar is also available which has a variety of cold meats, cheese, potatoes and pasta. Staff supervise the children throughout lunch and encourage them to eat a well-balanced meal.
Children have the option of using the vending machines - although they are expected to eat the majority of their lunch before they are allowed to purchase sweets.
Not their best clothes! Clothing should be suitable for various activities including running. Warm clothes are required during the colder months, a hat and lightweight clothing is ideal for warmer months and don’t forget to bring wellington boots and a waterproof jacket for those rainy days.
Sunscreen is available and regular applications will be made throughout the day, although we would prefer that children arrived with sunscreen already applied.
Children will always have something to do at Holiday Club. We are very fortunate to have access to the Port Regis Sports Hall, as well as a wet weather programme which includes arts and crafts, cookery, quizzes and board game tournaments.
If possible, please leave these at home as we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, Children are encouraged to spend time interacting with the other children.
Although sports based, the aim of Holiday Club is for all children to have fun and an enjoyable time, therefore no particular sports skills are required.
Parents will be notified immediately to arrange for the child to be taken home.

Please contact the Sports Club ASAP, and if the requested days are available we would be happy to alter bookings. Cancellations should be made in writing or email seven days prior to your booking. We cannot offer a refund after this period.
